I was the quintessential nerdy teenager with an old camera hanging from my shoulder.
As I studied Photography further, I fell in love with the view camera and was drawn to work exclusively with studio lighting.
I realized Still Life and Studio Portraiture brought me great joy.
Immediately after graduating from the Rochester Institute of Technology I became ingrained in New York life. Rode my bike to work every day and assisted studio photographers on advertising campaigns.
I have been fortunate enough to stay in the industry that I love and learn from those before and around me. My expertise resides in jewelry & fashion accessories photography, both as tabletop still life and on model.
I believe Photography is a perfect excuse to explore light and create fantasy.
I love to work on challenging studio assignments that yield surprise and beauty.
I am flexible on set, easy-going and see the big picture.
